employ\u00e9s sera am\u00e9lior\u00e9.<\/p><p>Les entreprises cr\u00e9eront ainsi des lieux de travail o\u00f9 les employ\u00e9s ne travaillent pas seulement pour payer leurs factures, mais sont activement enthousiastes \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de rester et de faire \u00e9voluer leur carri\u00e8re.<\/p><p>De plus une d\u00e9marche QVT garantit un impact positif sur l\u2019image de marque de rentabilit\u00e9 ?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1082\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1082\"><p>Pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s n\u2019est pas seulement une obligation l\u00e9gale et r\u00e9glementaire pour toute entreprise. C\u2019est aussi un levier d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la performance globale pour l\u2019entreprise, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de performance sociale (climat social, image), \u00e9conomique (absent\u00e9isme) ou op\u00e9rationnelle (efficacit\u00e9, qualit\u00e9).<br \/>Investir dans la pr\u00e9vention est rentable. De nombreuses \u00e9tudes d\u00e9montrent que les investissements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention apportent des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, quel que soit le champ de son activit\u00e9, sa taille ou la nature des risques sur lesquels les investissements sont effectu\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Au niveau national, le Plan sant\u00e9 au travail 2015-2019 a fait de la pr\u00e9vention des risques une priorit\u00e9, en rupture avec une approche qui jusque-l\u00e0 faisait pr\u00e9valoir la r\u00e9paration. Le Conseil d\u2019orientation des conditions de travail (COCT) rappelle qu\u2019un ROP (retour sur politiques de pr\u00e9vention) sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1 d\u00e9note un investissement rentable. Selon les estimations r\u00e9centes, les politiques de pr\u00e9vention peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer d\u2019importants rendements, \u00e9quivalant en moyenne \u00e0 2,2.<\/p><p>Ce taux de 2,2 vient d\u2019une \u00e9tude parue en 2011, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l\u2019Association internationale de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (AISS) aupr\u00e8s de 300 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s dans 15 pays. Il signifie que les entreprises peuvent esp\u00e9rer un retour de 2,20 euros (ou autre monnaie) pour chaque euro (ou autre monnaie) investi dans la pr\u00e9vention, par ann\u00e9e et par salari\u00e9.<\/p><p>Dans son rapport, l\u2019Agence europ\u00e9enne indique que pour un euro investi dans la pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net peut aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 plus de 13 euros.<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dares.travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/sites\/default\/files\/pdf\/synthese._stat_chiffres_cles_cond_travail.pdf\">Synth\u00e8se.Stat&rsquo;- DARES &#8211; sur l\u2019environnement, avec notamment les questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pollution, mais aussi sur l\u2019humain en termes de pr\u00e9servation de l\u2019emploi, de p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 du travail, d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de risques psychosociaux.<\/p><p>On constate que les trois derniers sujets de cette liste rel\u00e8vent directement de la QVT.<\/p><p>La QVT devient donc un \u00e9l\u00e9ment incontournable d\u2019une politique de RSE.<\/p><p>La norme ISO 26 000 quant \u00e0 elle, met en \u00e9vidence 7 principes de la RSE :<\/p><p>-La gouvernance, cl\u00e9 de voute du syst\u00e8me de management chap.6.2<\/p><p>-Les droits de l\u2019homme chap.6.3,<\/p><p>-Les relations et les conditions de travail chap.6.4,<\/p><p>-L\u2019environnement chap.6.5,<\/p><p>-La loyaut\u00e9 des pratiques chap.6.6,<\/p><p>-Les questions relatives aux consommateurs chap.6.7,<\/p><p>-La communaut\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement local chap.6.8.<\/p><p>La QVT intervient directement dans les chapitres 6.3 et 6.4 mais les pratiques des autres chapitres les alimentent indirectement.<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jobteaser.com\/fr\/corporate\/les-fondamentaux\/qvt-et-rse-comprendre-les-differences-et-les-enjeux-aupres-de-la-gen-z\">QVT et RSE : comprendre les diff\u00e9rences et les enjeux &#8211; Ces crit\u00e8res comprennent les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (GES), la pollution de l&rsquo;eau, la gestion des d\u00e9chets et l&rsquo;impact sur le changement climatique.<\/li><li>S (Social) : Le pilier social prend en consid\u00e9ration les parties prenantes. Il consiste \u00e0 mesurer le facteur humain \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;entreprise, cela inclut \u00e9galement l&rsquo;impact des op\u00e9rations de l&rsquo;entreprise sur son environnement proche. La satisfaction des clients, la sant\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des salari\u00e9s font notamment partie des sujets couverts par les crit\u00e8res sociaux.<\/li><li>G (Gouvernance) : La gouvernance d&rsquo;entreprise cible la mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer une entreprise. Cela concerne directement le comit\u00e9 de direction dans la mani\u00e8re dont il dirige l&rsquo;entreprise et les politiques adopt\u00e9es pour garantir de bonnes pratiques commerciales et assurer la transparence des activit\u00e9s. Ainsi, l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 hommes-femmes, la lutte contre la corruption, figurent parmi les principaux sujets couverts par la Gouvernance.<\/li><\/ul><p>La QVT s\u2019int\u00e8gre donc
